it seems to build properly on the latest release of dtk, should fix the
force_activeworkaround from #195if you're wondering what's
lbl_80131FB0,lbl_8013BFB0andlbl_801617B0on mq-j, it's the buffers from the frame struct that weren't in the struct yet (should benCameraBuffer,nCopyBufferand probablynTempBuffer)
